We are thrilled to host the 29th Annual Save-On-Foods Charity Golf Tournament on Wednesday, June 10th in support of the children’s hospitals of Western Canada including, B.C. Children’s Hospital, Stollery Children’s Hospital, Alberta Children’s Hospital, Jim Pattison Children's Hospital, and Children’s Hospital of Manitoba. Together with our suppliers and business partners, we are helping to ensure that our future – the kids in our communities – have access to the care they need.
A 30-Year partnership of giving
For more than 30 years, Save-On-Foods has partnered with team members, business and supplier partners, and customers to raise more than $60 million in support of BC Children’s Hospital. This collective generosity has helped drive critical capital improvements, groundbreaking research, and programs focused on reducing preventable injuries and keeping children safe. Across British Columbia, the Save-On-Foods community comes together to support families when they need it most, advancing life-changing care for children and youth and touching nearly every area of the hospital.

investing in pediatric mental health
Building on this legacy, Save-On-Foods announced an additional $15 million commitment in November 2024 to advance pediatric mental health care. This investment is helping to launch a first-in-Canada interventional psychiatry initiative while expanding vital programs like the Transition and Linking Care Team, increasing access to specialized support for children and youth with complex mental health needs.
Together, these contributions have positioned Save-On-Foods as one of the largest donors in BC Children’s Hospital’s history. The organization remains deeply committed to supporting the health and well-being of children and families across Western Canada and to continuing this meaningful partnership for years to come.
