I've created this page in memory of a loved one.
Raven’s journey was anything but easy. Born with Cockayne Syndrome type 2, a rare and terminal genetic disorder, she faced countless medical challenges from the time she was only six weeks old. Yet through every appointment, every surgery, every day of uncertainty, Raven greeted the world with her bright smile, her gentle spirit, and her signature cuddles. She truly embodied our message that Small is Mighty.
Her strength inspired our entire Bats for a Cause community. Raven reminded us why we step onto the field each year—to support the children and families who show incredible bravery in the face of unimaginable challenges, and to ensure the kids who rely on BC Children’s Hospital receive the care they need.
