Welcome to my fundraising page for the 2026 Mining for Miracles Pie Throw!

One of us is getting pie'd. The only question is ... who. I'm excited (and slightly nervous:) to be taking part in this year's Mining for Miracles Pie Throw in support of the BC Children's Hospital Foundation. The Pie Throw is the BC mining industry’s signature event in support of BC Children’s Hospital. Each year, leaders from across the industry take part in a friendly fundraising challenge to help raise critical funds for kids across the province.

As this year's Golden Triangle pie-ees, my good friend Gabe Jutras and I are going head-to-head. We've each set a fundraising goal of $20,000, and the rules are simple: whoever raises the most money earns the honor of pieing the other in the face. 

This is my first Mining for Miracles campaign and I’m proud to be part of this effort to support care at BC Children’s Hospital’s centre for health complexity, which helps children with the most complex medical needs get the specialized care and support they rely on. The care and support delivered by BC Children's Hospital truly changes lives, and I'm inspired to support it. 

If you are able to donate, every dollar counts and every dollar helps decide who takes the pie! Your donation will help ensure children and families across BC (from the north to the south) can access life-changing treatment, closer to home and when they need it most.
