Welcome to my fundraising page for the 2026 Mining for Miracles Pie Throw!
Pie Throw is the BC mining industry’s signature event in support of BC Children’s Hospital. Each year, leaders from across the industry take part in a friendly fundraising challenge to help raise critical funds for kids across the province.
Once again, I’m very pleased to participate in the BC
Children’s Hospital Foundation, Mining for Miracles campaign. This will be my
fourth year supporting this worthwhile cause to ensure the best care for
children and families throughout BC. This year, we continue the shared goal of
raising funds for the Centre of Health complexity. Last year, more than
$2 million dollars was raised during the campaign, and we are looking to do the
same or better this year with a multi-year goal of raising $6 million for this
vital facility.
Last year I had the privilege to meet one of the physicians spearheading this
work and it only furthered my desire to continue supporting the BCCHF, and all
families and children in our province.
