We’re excited to share that Richard Weymark, Taseko’s VP Engineering, is stepping up for this year’s Mining for Miracles Pie Throw campaign in support of BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.

This friendly industry competition has become a highlight each year, with leaders going head-to-head to raise funds for an incredible cause. You might remember that Richard Tremblay, Terry Morris, and Bryce Hamming have all taken part in past challenges, helping raise more than $100,000 over the last three years! An incredible show of support from our team and community.

Now it’s Richard’s turn as he takes on Rob Medley from Ausenco.

Pie Throw is the BC mining industry’s signature event in support of BC Children’s Hospital. Each year, leaders from across the industry take part in a friendly fundraising challenge to help raise critical funds for kids across the province.
