Rush for Recovery
Thanks for visiting! As you may know, I play for the Fraser Valley Rush AAA U18 female hockey team in the BCEHL. I live in Mission, BC (where I was raised), and our team is based in Langley.
BC Children’s is the only hospital in BC that specializes in kids and provides the specialized care that seriously ill kids need to fight their health battles. My team, The Fraser Valley Rush decided we wanted to put together a fundraiser, and so the First Annual Charity Classic game was born! On Saturday, January 10th, we will be hosting a Charity Game at Canlan Langley Twin Rinks (puck drops at 1:30 - come out and cheer us on!). Afterwards, we will host a skills competition and have invited female players from all Minor Hockey Associations. There will also be a silent auction and we will be selling Krispy Kremes!
