We’re making bold advancements in personalized medicine that target the root cause of a child’s illness. We’re determined to put an end to chronic conditions like diabetes and asthma that rob kids of the joys of childhood. We’re helping to change the odds for the most aggressive cancers—and ensuring children and teens receive timely access to mental health care.

By participating in the Festival of Trees, you’re bringing us closer to achieving our most ambitious goals for children’s health. Your contribution will fast-track breakthrough research, equip the hospital with advanced technologies and ensure kids receive care tailored to their unique needs.

Wolverines Family

The Saanich Wolverine community provides Victoria youth a safe and accepting place to play.  Via football, kiddos between 8-15 years old learn to be coached, try hard and grow beyond themselves. Coaches and parents support our all-gendered players and their extended networks with time, effort, energy and love.
This fall, our Wolverine community was devastated by the loss of a Christmas-loving, effortful, kind, beautiful, fun-loving, generous mother of two.
Krista Barnabe would have loved to see this tree erected, and would have loved the support of our little team rallying for child health in such a festive and public way. Krista is missed, but her light shines on through her kids and our organization.
