Running for BC's Kids
I have always loved working with children. There is a resilience and joy in kids that is unlike anything else, and I believe every child in BC deserves the chance to grow up healthy, happy and active.
To celebrate my 31st birthday on May 17th, I have decided to push my own limits by running 31 kilometers along the Vancouver Seawall. This is the furthest I have ever attempted to run, and I wanted to dedicate the effort to a cause that means a lot to me: BC Children’s Hospital.
As the only hospital in BC devoted exclusively to kids, BC Children’s provides the specialize and expert care that children need when facing their toughest health battles. I’m running to help ensure that the hospital has the resources to continue providing that world-class care to every family who needs it.
How you can help:
On May 17th, I’ll be out on the Seawall with a crew of amazing friends running and cheering by my side. I would be so grateful for your support in reaching my fundraising goal. Whether you choose to donate $31 to mark my 31 years, any amount you can or just share this page, every dollar goes directly to the foundation to support specialized care and pediatric research.
Your support means the world to me and the kids at BC Children's.
Thank you!
