The Act to Impact Club at Heritage Woods Secondary is hosting a fundraiser in support of the cancer program at BC Children’s Hospital. On October 10th at 12:10 P.M. in the Grand Hall, students and staff will have the chance to come together and make a difference through this community-driven event. With over 1,500 students at Heritage Woods, our goal is to raise $1,000 to help children and families who are facing the challenges of cancer. Every purchase directly supports BC Children’s Hospital, showing how even small actions can create a big impact. This event is about more than just raising money—it’s about uniting our school community, giving hope, and acting together to create positive change.

As the only hospital in BC devoted exclusively to kids, BC Children’s provides the specialized care that seriously ill kids need to fight their health battles.
Amazing progress has been made in improving children’s health care. But the fact is, there’s still more to do when it comes to taking on the biggest health threats facing our kids.
