For a friend
I met Alex in grade one, after he had already undergone his treatment. Ever since then I have been on many adventures with him. From bike rides to hikes to sports we've played together we have had fun. I couldn't imagine my childhood without him.I recognize how lucky we are to celebrate his good health and how important it is to give back to the BC Children's Hospital so they can help many others to come.
I'm shaving my head because I would hope that everyone could experience the gift of having a friend like Alex.
