As the only hospital in BC devoted exclusively to kids, BC Children’s provides the specialized care that seriously ill kids need to fight their health battles.
Amazing progress has been made in improving children’s health care. But the fact is, there’s still more to do when it comes to taking on the biggest health threats facing our kids.

Saturday morning Girls Run
Saturday 20th Apr Lily joined Emily and me this morning for our run while Ben was at softball practice. Besides wanting to go at a much faster pace at the start, and the rabbit distraction midway through the run, she did very well. 😄 Share
Week 2 is in progress!
Wednesday 17th Apr We're jogging longer intervals and increasing our distance this week. One member of our group was feeling spent just past the halfway mark, so I offered either a shortcut, or that we walk the remainder of our longer route. They chose the longer route, and then had us jogging intervals again anyways. 😆 Share
