Hugo's Very Proud Mama!
Hugo made FULL USE of the services at BCCH and we are forever grateful. As much as I hate fundraising, and running, we are doing this because the BCCH is a magical place- and we want to help keep it that way.
We all know how challenging health care is, and how heart-wrenching it is to see our little ones unwell. We would often say that being in the PICU was 'being in the worst place with the best people' because everyone was so wonderful, kind, competent, and amazing.
Of course no one ever wants to be at the Children's Hospital, but if you need to be there, it should be as amazing and well-resourced as possible. That is why I'm putting on my runners and collecting donations. Thank you, friends.
