Why I'm Running
Friday 6th Mar I'm running for my niece Aviana, who was born with an ultra-rare kidney disease called congenital nephrotic syndrome.She has spent a lot of her first 18 months of life in and out of BC Children's Hospital with various surgeries and procedures, and will likely be attached to Children's until she reaches adulthood.
The staff at Children's have been nothing short of spectacular, providing care and comfort not just to Aviana, but our entire family.
