Being from Northern B.C means our major medical needs for our children lead us to BC Childrens Hospital. My daughter was lucky enough to see dermatology and allergist staff throughout her first 5 years as she struggled with life threatening allergies and skin conditions. My spouse saw the most amazing heart specialist there when a life threatening congenital heart defect was discovered in his 20s. It's like a breath of hope when my friends say their kids are going to BC Childrens because we know they are the best at what they do.
