As the only hospital in BC devoted exclusively to kids, BC Children’s provides the specialized care that seriously ill kids need to fight their health battles.
Amazing progress has been made in improving children’s health care. But the fact is, there’s still more to do when it comes to taking on the biggest health threats facing our kids.

Why I'm running
Thursday 14th May BC Children’s is very close to my heart as they have supported me and my family immensely over the years. I battled Leukemia when I was 10 and again at 16, and have spent many hours/days under the care of the amazing doctors and nurses at BCCH. They’re some of the greatest people I’ve met and I wouldn't be here today if not for them and the BC Children’s Hospital.Supporters

Praise God for the healing and attentiveness that he is giving you. Our family knew you when you were a little boy in Smithers. It's wonderful to see you what a kind, loving, strong man you have grown to be. My son was also saved by the BC Children's hospital. He was medevac from smithers to Van to receive an experimental drug called Bliss from a cow to clear his lungs, so that he could breathe. Bless this organization and all the staff/ research that saves & enriches lives there. God bless 🙏🏻
