As the only hospital in BC devoted exclusively to kids, BC Children’s provides the specialized care that seriously ill kids need to fight their health battles.

Amazing progress has been made in improving children’s health care. But the fact is, there’s still more to do when it comes to taking on the biggest health threats facing our kids.

For Leo

Thursday 14th Mar
Hello friends and family, we invite you to join us in supporting BC Children’s Hospital to support the people who saved our Leo’s life. Leo was born with TEF/EA and needed a major surgery at just 2 days old. To say he is a strong little guy is an understatement- he was faced with more challenges in his first month of life than most grown-ups. The incredible team of Surgeons, Neonatologists, Specialists, Nurses, RTs, OTs, PTs quite literally saved Leo’s life and supported Andy and I as we were faced with the most difficult time in our lives. Not a day goes by where we don’t think about how lucky we are to have a happy, healthy, and thriving baby. We are fundraising for BC Children’s Hospital and will also be making a donation to BC Women’s Hospital, which houses the NICU. We would love if you and your friends/family would join us for the run, and if possible made a donation in Leo’s name to BC Children’s Hospital.
