I’m helping kids be mighty

As the only hospital in BC devoted exclusively to kids, BC Children’s provides the specialized care that seriously ill kids need to fight their health battles.

Amazing progress has been made in improving children’s health care. But the fact is, there’s still more to do when it comes to taking on the biggest health threats facing our kids.

👋🏼 Hello Friends!!!

As we celebrate Connor's birthday on March 17th, we're here  to support a remarkable cause. 

With his upcoming check-up on April 2, 2026, we're eagerly awaiting the possibility of him undergoing Achilles tendon lengthening surgery. 

After a couple of years, it's time for us to lace up and join the 5km run/walk, championing an incredible community that I'm deeply passionate about. 

Every year, Connor's annual check-up at BC Children's Hospital reminds me of our amazing pediatric orthopedic surgeon's expertise and her kind assistant Nicole's dedication, who make these appointments possible. Many families travel far and wide, often booking appointments a year in advance due to limited access to specialists near their homes.

Last year we raised $1400 for BCCHF and this year we will continue to support this great cause on June 11th. 

Connor will be back at BCCH, July 2023. We will find out if he needs to have a 2nd round of serial casting for his toe walking. This means another 6-8 weeks of casting on both feet and going back every 2 weeks to get his casts changed. Please support Team CJM and like many other brave children who are in need of medical support.  Hospitals can be a daunting experience and to see a smile on child's face is priceless. Thank You ❤️❤️❤️
