I’m helping Brayden & kids like him be mighty
I’m taking part in this year’s race in support for my nephew, Brayden, and kids just like him.
Please read my nephew’s story from his dad & mom:
“In August of 2023, Brayden was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition called Angelman's Syndrome, after many unexplained developmental delays.
Thanks to the geneticists and genetic counselors at BC Children's Hospital, we were able to identify Brayden's condition. His care is managed by the amazing team of doctors at the Angelman Clinic located right at BC Children's Hospital, as well as his PT at Kids Physio, OT at Play 2 Learn and SLP at Social Dynamics.
He has made great progress with the help of his team and support of family and friends. Please help us meet our goal to raise money for BC Children's Hospital as they continue to play a crucial role in Brayden's life and the life of kids just like him.”
