I’m helping kids like my son be mighty

Hi! Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Our family is taking part in the run in honour of our son and brother, Xavier. He fought cancer for 2.5 years at BCCH. He finished treatment last October and has been cancer free since. We have seen firsthand the incredible work and care provided by BCCH. It is a very special place. 

We are running as a team. Our team is called T8 Avengers and is made up of patients and their friends and family of our oncology/hematology unit at BCCH. We are thrilled to fundraise along side our T8 family. We are a mighty group of kids and their families who are so grateful for BC Children's Hospital. 

Please consider supporting Xavier, Thorin or Kai's page. We each had to make our own in order to register. The boys are excited to take part and it would be incredible if they could each hit their goals! Thank you!

Amazing progress has been made in improving children’s health care. But the fact is, there’s still more to do when it comes to taking on the biggest health threats facing our kids.
